Faulty Product
In the event that you receive a product that is defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase to report the defect or issue and to arrange for a replacement or credit.
Change of Mind
If you wish to return unopened goods due to a change of mind, you may do so within 30 days of purchase for a full credit. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, and opened goods cannot be returned for credit. Please note that customers are responsible for covering shipping charges on returned goods unless the return is due to an error on behalf of Envisage Beauty.
Allergic Reactions
It is essential to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely event of skin irritation or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and report any symptoms to [email protected] within 24 hours. If it is determined that the purchased product caused the reaction rather than normal sensitivity, we will organize a refund, credit, or exchange upon receipt of the returned product.
Guide to Returning Products
- All items must be returned in the same condition as received, so please pack them carefully to ensure safe arrival.
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Request Product Return Form.
- Complete a returns form and enclose it with the returned items, ensuring that all items you wish to return are listed on the form.

Courses
Due to the digital nature of courses and training material, refunds do not apply.
